Talk with interventions by technicians and commentators on Vendée Globe, Mini Transat 2025, Class40, projects, designers, shipyards, sponsors, Italian sailors between present and future. Among the guests present and connected there will be: Giancarlo Pedote, fresh from his second solo round-the-world sailing trip in the Vendée Globe; Andrea Pendibene, navigator of the Navy with four participations in the Mini Transat and one in The Ocean Race; Andrea Mura, in turn protagonist in 2024 of a solo circumnavigation of the globe without stopovers; then the three Italian sailors registered for the Mini Transat that will be run in 2025: Cecilia Zorzi, Giulia Farnetani and Nicolò Gamenara.

Sergio Buttiglieri,  Sanlorenzo and Marco Rossato, Marina4All.
Two innovative and “enlightened” visions of the nautical industry.

Sergio Buttiglieri will talk about his collaboration as Style Director of Cantieri Sanlorenzo, where he achieved the goal of connecting the nautical world with interior design, collaborating with famous designers and architects such as Rudi Dordoni, Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel, Patricia Urquiola and Piero Lissoni, who became the Shipyard’s Art Director in 2018.

Marco Rossato, a disabled sailor, launched Marina4All in 2023, creating a platform to showcase accessibility and sustainability solutions in the nautical industry. Marco Rossato will be present on both March 13 and 14, in the dedicated MARINA4ALL area which will host a series of meetings dedicated to the theme of nautical and disability.

The Sailing supply chain in Italy

Talk with videos of technicians and commentators to discover the virtuous path that from the Sailing Schools of the FIV Clubs takes athletes and technicians to the top of the great international sport. In addition to the presence of the Italian Sailing Federation, with the federal councilor Andrea Leonardi and the president of the FIV Zone II Committee Lorenzo Barberi, and testimonies of very young sailors, there will be speeches by the Technical Director of the Italian sailing team Michele Marchesini and the Youth DT Alessandra Sensini, as well as those of the Olympic gold medalists Caterina Banti and Marta Maggetti.
