The 20th edition of Seatec<\/b> and the 14th of Compotec Marine<\/b> ended with a general appreciation from exhibitors and visitors.<\/p>\n
The two events were organized this year as part of the first edition of Tuscany Yachting Week<\/b>, an event that combines the two Carrarafiere<\/b> exhibitions with Yare<\/b>, (Yachting Aftersales and Refit Experience<\/b>), the international yachting event dedicated to refit and aftersales of the superyacht sector, organized by Navigo<\/b>, the Viareggio service center for the innovation and development of the nautical sector.<\/p>\n
The agreement between the two events maintains the distinctive characteristics of the individual events, making the most of the Seatec-Compotec Marine identities as a B2B event with an exhibition format aimed at the nautical subcontracting chain, construction materials and related technologies, without forgetting the consolidated one -to-one between exhibitors and Italian shipyards and the delegation of international buyers sponsored by Ice Agenzia<\/b>.<\/p>\n
Which generated over 600 B2B meetings, with very satisfactory results both on the part of exhibitors and buyers.<\/p>\n
More than 40 companies were able to take advantage of the opportunity provided by Seatec-Compotec Marine to enrich their presence at the Fair with structured meetings with international buyers from 14 countries: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Egypt, Israel, Poland, Sweden, Taiwan, Tunisia, Turkey, UK, Hungary USA.<\/p>\n
The meetings, held both face-to-face and online, highlighted excellent business prospects on both sides.<\/p>\n
The joint collaboration has developed an event that has been able to best represent the pride of a production area at the top of the yacht production rankings in the world by creating the Tuscany Yachting Week<\/b>, a pilot experiment of intersection between the two events capable of linking poles of Viareggio and Marina di Carrara, pillars of a district leadership of the highest international value in the panorama of luxury shipbuilding. The effort of the organizers has constituted a real consortium of the quality chain, not only representing the Versilia cluster, but the entire Italian nautical industry.<\/p>\n
As part of the Tuscany Yachting Week<\/b>, in close synergy between Seatec-Compotec Marine<\/b> and Yare<\/b>, a Gala Dinner<\/b> was organized with 450 participants: Seatec-Compotec Marine exhibitors, Captains and Yare companies, the delegation of international buyers coordinated and promoted by Ice Agenzia<\/b>. In the suggestive headquarters of the Marmicarrara<\/b> company, with the collaboration of Franchi Umberto Marmi<\/b> and Il Fiorino<\/b> in Carrara Avenza and in the presence of the president of the Tuscany Region Eugenio Giani<\/b>, the evening – in addition to contributing to the networking between the participants of the two events of the Tuscany Yachting Week \u2013 it was an opportunity for extra-sector promotion thanks to the collaboration of Toscana Promozione Turistica<\/b> and the support of the Chamber of Commerce of North-West Tuscany<\/b>.<\/p>\n
The many visitors to Seatec-Compotec Marine included architects, designers, technicians, brokers, surveyors, dealers, students and professors from Universities in the sector, as well as representatives of the following shipyards: Amico &Co, Azimut, Baglietto, Benetti, Bluegame, Cantiere delle Marche, Cantieri di Pisa, Centounonavi, Effebi, Fabiani Yacht, Ferretti Yachts, Fincantieri, Floating Life International, Heesen Yachts, Intermarine, Next Yacht Group, Overmarine, Sanlorenzo, Seven Stars Shipyard, The Italian Sea Group, Valdettaro Shipyard, Vismara Marine<\/p>\n
