P2M, una giovane startup fondata nel 2023 con l\u2019obiettivo di sviluppare sistemi MES (Manifacturing Execution System), quest\u2019anno al Seatec presenta GENE.SYS, un sistema per la memorizzazione e la tracciabilit\u00e0 dei dati durante l\u2019intero ciclo di vita di una imbarcazione. Di fatto un passaporto digitale che ne definisce il DNA.<\/p>\n
Infatti, grazie a dei chip inseriti durante la costruzione dei vari componenti strutturali (laminati compositi e costruzioni metalliche) dei quali riportano le caratteristiche, \u00e8 possibile avere le informazioni relative al modello di barca, alla scheda tecnica, ai piani generali, alla certificazione CE, il tutto mediante un semplice smartphone o tablet dotato di un software appositamente sviluppato. Tali dati permettono di avere le informazioni necessarie per eseguire, per il singolo componente, una corretta manutenzione o riparazione, nonch\u00e9 registrare le caratteristiche dell\u2019intervento stesso effettuato. Inoltre, conoscendo la composizione di ogni componente, \u00e8 possibile una corretta gestione del fine vita dell\u2019imbarcazione con uno smaltimento o riciclo appropriato.<\/p>\n
Il sistema GENE.SYS si completa poi con la possibilit\u00e0 di installare delle centraline di controllo per la registrazione ed il monitoraggio di importanti parametri di utilizzo dell\u2019imbarcazione, come accelerazioni o i dati di funzionamento motore, dati utili per correlare danni o malfunzionamenti all\u2019utilizzo della barca e\/o a precisi eventi temporali.<\/p>\n
La giuria del Qualitec Technology Award premia questa giovane startup perch\u00e9 ha ben colto e correttamente sviluppato per la nautica una linea di tendenza futuribile che si allargher\u00e0 rapidissimamente a molti dei prodotti immessi sul mercato al fine di consentirne la tracciabilit\u00e0 e documentarne la storia.<\/p>\n

The GENE.SYS system is then completed with the possibility of installing control units for recording and monitoring important parameters of use of the vessel, such as accelerations or engine operation data, useful data for correlating damage or malfunctions to the use of the vessel and\/or to specific temporal events. The jury of the Qualitec Technology Award rewards this young startup because it has well understood and correctly developed a futuristic trend line for the nautical sector that will rapidly expand to many of the products placed on the market in order to allow their traceability and document their history.<\/p>\n
