Il premio \u00e8 rivolto sia agli operatori professionali della Marine Industry<\/strong>, sia agli utilizzatori finali (consumatori) e riguarda soluzioni \u201csmart<\/strong>\u201d, migliorative, innovative, in grado di rappresentare un concreto passo avanti in termini di tecnologia, sicurezza, semplificazione, soluzione di problematiche non ancora risolte, salvaguardia dell\u2019ambiente, miglioramento oggettivo delle condizioni di fruizione del diporto nautico.<\/p>\n

The Qualitec Technology Award<\/strong> is dedicated to innovative ideas and projects that have been concretely implemented and proposed on the market.<\/p>\n

Aquacarbon, una giovane startup specializzata nella progettazione e costruzione di componenti in materiali compositi per l\u2019industria nautica, quest\u2019anno al Seatec presenta la linea di passerelle Easyway realizzate in carbonio con un metodo di costruzione estremamente innovativo che prevede l\u2019utilizzo di un mandrino idrosolubile stampato in 3D sul quale si modella l\u2019oggetto costruito con compositi pre-impegnati poi polimerizzati in autoclave. Si ottiene cos\u00ec una struttura cava internamente e priva di incollaggi e post lavorazioni. Questo approccio innovativo non solo garantisce una maggiore leggerezza, ma assicura anche una elevata rigidezza, robustezza e resistenza nel tempo. <\/span><\/p>\n

Aquacarbon, a young startup specialized in the design and construction of components in composite materials for the nautical industry, this year at Seatec presents Easyway gangways made of carbon with an extremely innovative construction method which involves the use of a mandrel 3D printed water-soluble material on which the object constructed with pre-composed composites then polymerized in an autoclave is modeled. This results in an internally hollow structure with no gluing and post-processing. This innovative approach not only guarantees greater lightness, but also ensures high rigidity, robustness and resistance over time.
