Il Qualitec Technology Award<\/strong> \u00e8 dedicato a idee e progetti innovativi che siano stati concretamente realizzati e proposti sul mercato.<\/p>\n

Il premio \u00e8 rivolto sia agli operatori professionali della Marine Industry<\/strong>, sia agli utilizzatori finali (consumatori) e riguarda soluzioni \u201csmart<\/strong>\u201d, migliorative, innovative, in grado di rappresentare un concreto passo avanti in termini di tecnologia, sicurezza, semplificazione, soluzione di problematiche non ancora risolte, salvaguardia dell\u2019ambiente, miglioramento oggettivo delle condizioni di fruizione del diporto nautico.<\/p>\n

The Qualitec Technology Award<\/strong> is dedicated to innovative ideas and projects that have been concretely implemented and proposed on the market.<\/p>\n

The award is dedicated to both professional operators of the Marine Industry and consumers and concerns “smart”, improvement, innovative solutions, capable of representing a concrete step forward in terms of technology, safety, simplification, problem solving, environmental protection, improvement of the conditions of use of Marine Industry.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Ecofoiler - Vincitore\/Winner<\/h2><\/div>

Azienda\/Company: Northern Light Composite<\/p>\n

Il progetto dell\u2019Ecofoiler (the world first recyclable foiling dinghy) ha attratto l\u2019attenzione della giuria per la combinazione di diversi elementi innovativi: realizzazione dello stampo per additive manufacturing in materiale riciclabile, impiego di vele in materiale riciclabile, foil brevettati, tecnologia brevettata rComposite per la realizzazione di scafo e coperta. E\u2019 apparsa vincente l\u2019estrema attenzione agli aspetti ambientali dalla fase di costruzione alla fase di smaltimento a fine vita tramite la tecnologia denominata \u201crComposite\u201d nell\u2019ottica dell\u2019economia circolare. In estrema sintesi la costruzione \u00e8 effettuata con utilizzo di fibre naturali e resina termoplastica ecosostenibile. A fine vita il processo R-composite non produce rifiuti in quanto prevede la separazione della resina dalle fibre di rinforzo e dalle anime con impiego di tecniche semplici (immersione per 24h in solvente anche esso recuperabile) ed il successivo riutilizzo di entrambe le materie.<\/p>\n

Ecofoiler project (the world first recyclablefoiling dinghy) attracted the attention of the jury for the combination of different innovative elements: creation of the mold for additive manufacturing in recyclable material, use of sails in recyclable material, patented foils, patented rComposite technology for the construction of the hull and deck. The extreme attention to the environmental aspects has appeared by the construction phase at the end-of-life disposal phase through the technology called “rcomposite” in the optic of the circular economy. In extreme synthesis the construction is carried out using natural fibers and eco-sustainable thermoplastic resin. At the end of the life the R-Composite process does not produce waste as it provides for the separation of the resin from reinforcing fibers and souls with use of simple techniques (immersion for 24h in solvent also recoverable) and the subsequent re-use of both subjects.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

FITT Diamond - Menzione speciale\/Special Mention<\/h2><\/div>

FITT Diamond \u00e8 un tubo flessibile pensato e sviluppato per l\u2019impiantistica di bordo dedicata al trasferimento e scarico delle acque nere, con caratteristiche di bassissima permeabilit\u00e0 alle frazioni aeriformi inevitabilmente generate negli impianti di holding tank nautici. Composto da elastomeri ben adattati alle basse temperature ambientali, con elevata flessibilit\u00e0, molto facilmente posabile, tagliabile a misura e senza spirale interna metallica (rischio ridotto di infortunio in taglio e posa). Resiste bene allo schiacciamento ed il polimero costitutivo favorisce un pieno recupero della forma geometrica originale alla cessazione della azione deformante.<\/p>\n

Il problema della diffusione dei cattivi odori a bordo, causati in questo genere di impianti, \u00e8 stato affrontato con una via tecnologica innovativa, selezionando dei polimeri con caratteristiche specifiche ottimizzate, piuttosto che con l\u2019adozione di laminati multistrato.
\nL\u2019assenza di armatura spiroidale metallica costituisce un ulteriore vantaggio e ne facilita anche la riciclabilit\u00e0.
\nUn buon prodotto che risponde bene al tema dell\u2019innovazione tecnologica, come richiesto dai requisiti per la partecipazione al Qualitec, ben ingegnerizzato, pur nella sua semplicit\u00e0, e che ha ben meritato l\u2019attenzione della Giuria.<\/p>\n

FITT Diamond is a flexible hose designed and developed for the edge plant dedicated to the transfer and discharge of black waters, with very low permeability characteristics to the meriform fractions inevitably generated in nautical Holding Tank plants. Composed of elastomers well adapted to low environmental temperatures, with high flexibility, very easily poseable, cut to size and without metal internal spiral (reduced risk of cutting and laying injury). It resists crushing well and the constitutive polymer favors a full recovery of the original geometric shape at the end of the deforming action.
\n<\/em>The problem of dissemination of bad odors on board, caused in this kind of plant, was addressed with an innovative technological route, selecting polymers with optimized specific characteristics, rather than with the adoption of multilayer laminates.
\n<\/em>The absence of spiroidal metal reinforcement is a further advantage and also facilitates recyclability.
\n<\/em>A good product that responds well to the theme of technological innovation, as required by the requirements for participation in the qualitec, well engineered, although in its simplicity, and which has well deserved the attention of the jury. <\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
